Ljubljana’s incredible transport

Ljubljana is the capital city of Slovenia and has history as old as around 2000 BC. One can reach Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport having IATA Code as LJU, There is no railway station at the airport but Ljubljana Railway station is like 25 kms from the airport and the nearest railway station is in Kranj from where there are quite frequent busses to reach the airport and then several shuttle busses keep running between the station and the airport. Ljubljana rail station was built back in 1849 and that was the time when Slovenia used to be part of the historically famous Austro-Hungarian Empire. The Railway line connects Austria with to Trieste. The Ljubljana train station is part of European train system.
